  • Literally the worst experience I've ever had at an alteration shop. $6 per patch, so $36 for three uniforms. Normally go downtown (where it's $3 per patch) but decided to give this place a try because it's closer and they have better hours. The lady was extremely rude when I walked in and didn't even whisper a thank you or come again. No customer service. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the patches are put on well. Will not return, though. Oh- bring cash to pay!
