  • The usual Futureshops I went to in the past are pretty good but this one was the first time I've had bad service. They had only one cashier and I had to wait behind another customer while they were doing some kind of price check for him. I waited for quite awhile when another cashier came right in front of me to help another customer while I continued to wait.I felt it was a rude gesture. Well that was it! My patience ran out as I put the movie down in their 4.99 bin and walked out and went over to Best Buy. I would have given it one star but the extra one was for their good movie selection. This is one Futureshop I will avoid. I prefer Best Buy anyways.
