| - One of my favorite buffets:)
FOOD: The Studio B Buffet offers a wide variety of food from Italian to Asian to American favorites. On weekends and occasions, they can have a great seafood selections with fresh oysters, hot crab, peeled cocktail shrimp, and lobster tail. For the American cutting board, they have turkey, chicken, lamb, sausage, and occasionally fish. The Asian sections has sushi, stir-fry dishes, and even a create your own Pho bowl.
DRINK: You can get any of your basic fountain drinks, coffee, juice, or tea from your server. There is a bar that you can go to that has mimosas, wine, and more (don't forget to tip the bartender)!
DESSERT: Their desserts are my favorite among all the the Las Vegas buffets. The dessert section is ran by actually pastry chefs who perfect each and every dessert. They always serve different items depending on the day or occasions. They have everything from cookies to macarons to cappuccino to gelato. My favorite from the dessert bar is the Strawberry or Mango Gelato.
ATMOSPHERE: The buffet has a nice open feel to it. If you sit in the back section, there is a view of the whole Las Vegas Strip. Waiters and hosts are extremely friendly and diligent.
NOTE: One weekends and Holidays, you can expect to wait in line for an hour or more. Holiday brunches are well worth the wait!
