  • I never write bad reviews but I appalled by this place. I made an appointment with Chrissy (the owner). One of her assistants who I booked my appointment with neglected to tell me that it's Chrissy, who spent a total of 15 minutes doing highlights, would have her 8 other assistants doing the rest of my hair. She was extremely rough on my head, pulling my hair. Very rude and impersonal. I spent 5 hours in the salon for color on shoulder length hair, and I didn't even get a cut. Then she had the nerve to charge me $365!!! Yes, $365! Are you kidding me?! This isn't Scottsdale or Beverly Hills. Needless to say, I do not recommend this salon and will NEVER return.
