  • Complete failure on their part today, Had to fire them. If you can't handle paperwork, you definitely can't handle the job. I went to the Cobblestone location on Bell and 51 in person with the vehicle. Gave the 'service advisor' ALL the applicable information possible in detail. Including copies. I get told TODAY (the day of my appointment, my day OFF that I wasted) That I wasn't on the schedule...hmm. Why not ? Well we called Mr xxx xxx and he hasn't called us back. Thats not the contact I gave you. You contacted the proper person in front of me at the service desk and got approval. Well, but we... Yeah, thanks for nothing...FIRED
