| - I was going to wait until my remodel was finished to write this review, but I don't think it will ever be finished. NXS started my job on January 2, 2018 (about a month later than quoted) and as of today, April 24, 2018, we are still waiting for loose ends to be finalized. They quoted us a 6 week timeframe and here we are in week 16. That's 114 days! If you hire them, know that:
1)There is absolutely no communication or plan. You never know when or if they are going to show up, what they're going to do or how long they will be at your house.
2)There is little supervision or oversight on the project. When our project was dragging on with no end in sight, Doc, one of the new owners, assured us that he would personally see it "past the finish line." He has never come to check on the project, nor does he return messages, that is if you can leave them because his mailbox is full.
3)Because of the lack of supervision, there is no quality control. Quality problems included a scratch in a brand new sink, scratches in brand new shower glass, gouges in a brand new vanity, cracks in new tiles, leaks in new plumbing fixtures, plumbing fixtures that were set cockeyed, stray marks sealed into the tile, new paint not completely covering old paint.
4)There is no respect for your home. I am still cleaning up dust both inside and out. They didn't mask off my brand new sliding closet doors when they demo'd the old tile, resulting in chips in the glass and debris blocking and scratching the tracks. They didn't mask off the new vanity when they tiled, resulting in dust in every nook and cranny of the vanity. There were scuff marks on the walls up and down my stairs. There was mud from the tile job on my walls and front door. They left my front door wide open with no regard for my pets. I understand there will be some mess and disturbance during a remodel, but there should be some effort on the contractor's part to contain it and clean it up.
I could go on and on. This business is not run professionally or with integrity. Do not hire them.
