  • 5 stars for being a clean, friendly customer service, neat, not-a-chain, unpretentious, cute cafe. This is a place where you tell your friends/family/ biz colleagues who are visiting downtown Phoenix to search it out. Support local. I'm very choosy when it comes to coffee because I am definitely more of a brewed tea or chai drinker. Bingo! They have both. When I do drink coffee, I love it freshly ground and cold brewed. Which they do at Hidden Track. It's so smooth! Today is the first day of fall and I'm a fan of fall baking spices. I ended up ordering a Dirty Chai. That's Chai with Espresso shot. Alexa the barista made it perfectly. She offered me some samples of their baked goods. I'll be back to pick some up. I just had dessert with lunch so I was full. Nice touch-they sell fresh loaves of local bakery Noble bread! I used to work in this building about 12 years ago. So I wish the cafe was there back then. But I'm happy to see it there now and doing well, their bottle shop, and their neighbor businesses.What a great place to unwind.
