  • When it's spring in Phoenix, it's hard not to love any of our parks thanks to the envious weather. But throw in the dog-friendly aspect and a couple of lakes for duck-feeding, and it's even better. The only downer is that they haven't kept up the grass for at least two years now... recession perhaps? Regardless, it's a great place to get together with friends for a picnic, just be sure to bring a big blanket to throw over that prickly grass.
