  • Their advertising is a complete scam! We got one of those game pieces in the mail that says, if you match the right symbols, you win a cash prize. Well my wife opened it and it appeared we had won $2,500. I knew the odds were bad, but hey, maybe for once we were the 1 in 30,000 person who actually wins. I called the number on the mailer, and they insisted on setting an appointment for me to come in. Figuring, it's worth a little bit of my time to see if I had won, I went in at the appointed time although I made it clear on the phone that I am not currently in the market for a car. Got there and, of course, the person who I was supposed to meet with is not available, but this nice salesman will come do the paperwork which consisted of him taking all of my information, as if I wanted to buy a car, and also asking about my current vehicle which he put down on a trade-in form. Finally we get to the point where he says let me check on your price, takes my game piece and the mailer, and goes to see his sales manager, He comes back, walks me over to the sign and says, you've won a $2 bill. Turns out to win the big dollar prizes, you don't just have to match the symbols, you also have to have the right confirmation number on your mailer. Sure, it's all there in very small print on the mailer, but they don't tell you that probably everybody gets a game piece that looks like a winner. Of course now they have all of my information and will no doubt be trying to call to me to sell me a car in the future. If they read their reviews, maybe they will think twice because after this there is no way I will ever buy a car from this dealership. Overall, complete waste of my time and a complete scam. Maybe if I win the Powerball with the $2 bill I got I will be more charitable, but for now stay far away from this dealer.
