  • Would not let me return items even with a receipt. At the end I couldn't speak with a manager to resolve it. They said I had to stay there immediately and find something to exchange it with. I told them I didn't have time but I would gladly take an in-store credit so I could shop when I had more time. They told me I would have to forfeit my returns unless I shopped immediately. Nothing was resolved so I had to forfeit my items. I am extremely disappointed on they're behavior and policies. Needless to say, I will never return nor will I take my donations here any longer.
