  • I was very disappointed in this company. We ordered our specific water slide and snowcone machine 4 weeks in advance. We verified drop off time twice with company through voice and text. The party day arrived, where we asked them to drop off between 12 and 12:30pm. The party started at 2. We went to our two boys basketball games at 9:30 AM and got a call wondering where we were from AZ bounce 4 Kids. My husband had to leave the kids games and miss them, only to get home and see it's not even the correct water slide that we ordered. I husband insisted on getting the correct one delivered as this one was dirty with mud everywhere and looked old. Wrong theme too. They gave us a very hard time about switching them out and even said they probably wouldn't be back in time for the party. My husband still said to go get the correct one. They showed up at 1:30 with the correct one giving us only 1/2 hour to fill. It wasn't even ready in time for the party. It also was not cleaned properly with stuff stuck on the inside. My husband asked them for a discount for all the inconvenience and they refused. My husband even asked if they gave a cash discount and they also said no. I have used several companies in the valley and have never had these problems before, I will definitely be sticking with the ones I know in the future. See pic of wrong/dirty slide.
