  • Jeff and crew at Exhale Bikes were wonderful. I didn't know anyone in the shop and only stopped by after reading Yelp reviews and noticing their plentiful stock. Although I grew up on a bike and cruised on bikes as an adult, I never thought about taking cycling serious until a girlfriend talked me into a sprint triathlon. Jeff was patient and asked a ton of questions to get to know me, my preferences, budget and needs. Once he had the intel, he delivered the perfect bike out the gate. I looked others over or tested them to be sure, but he showed me a bike that immediately became one with me. Jeff set my expectations for maintenance requirements and answered all my questions and some. At my request, he also helped with gear, equipment and a stand (Jeff wasn't pushy and I wasn't going to just go home and prop my new baby against a wall). Jeff was so awesome at helping me out, my husband who was with me waiting patiently decided he wanted a bike too. Jeff took care of him and once again, delivered the perfect bike out the gate. Service, education and the love of bikes is big here and was the only reason we purchased on the fly. We got great products at great prices too.
