  • Took a hike out to NoDa to sample some Birdsong Brews and wasn't disappointed! Went on a Friday night with friends and were treated to some awesome live music and some great beer. I was hoping to try Siren's Song, but was sadly disappointed when I walked in and they were out :( Yet, they redeemed themselves with the Doin' Thyme Witbier. It was crisp and refreshing, with a nice citrus, herbal flavor. Really pleased with the atmosphere and the brewery staff was great, too!
