  • This has been an AWFUL experience and I wish I had taken the time to listen to the bad reviews I received before signing. The management is completely unprofessional. With the exception of Alexis. Kudos to Alexis for being absolutely phenomenal, helpful person with such a great positive attitude and dedication to great customer service! Both managers are unhelpful and never willing to admit when they haven't met the standard of professionalism they should. I have had packages sent to me including a confirmation code that my packages have arrived. I have been argued with on multiple occasions that "nothing was delivered" only to find that after they have actually checked that my package was there. I even had an employee show me the log of packages. With complete denial and argument that my things did not arrive. And at the top of the log, my apartment number having received something. I was given no apology. I've had the office door slammed in my face! Angel was very rude to my Husband when we first arrived with processing our paperwork and he was also the one to slam the door in my face! I was completely dumb founded. After speaking with the manager she tried to downplay the situation and change the subject. Absolutely ridiculous. After he was let go of his position I was in the office only to hear the managers gossiping. Again, absolutely unprofessional. On a side note. It's very hard to hold a conversation with a Manager, whose shirt is not fully buttoned and has midriff showing. Lastly, Gunshots at night, unsafe Trash all over the complex is disgusting. The afternoon notice that my water will be shut off for the full day maintenance for the day following is poor planning and poor notification. ***If you are in absolute dire need of an inexpensive place to rent and do not mind the major issues with management, then this place is right for you!***
