This location has given me the WORST customer service of my life! I called them on Monday February 27 to see if my car rental had capped out with my insurance. A lady answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. After 20 minutes of being on hold, i called the number again on three way and left a message. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I went up there to see what was the hold up. I get up there and NO ONE WAS THERE!!!!! I'm now on hold an hour and still no one answered. I had to speak with the hotel concierge to have her call the branch manager. Apparently, the Hertz rep forgot about me and was out cleaning a car out. Another lady behind me only wanted to have her car inspected and returned. I finally spoke with the manager and told her how angry I was and she didn't apologize or anything! I THEN asked her if I was capped out with my insurance and she couldn't give me a straight answer. I finally asked if I needed to contact my insurance company and she said yes. THATS ALL SHE HAD TO SAY! I called my insurance and they extended my vehicle. Today, Hertz called me to tell me that I was supposed to bring my car in on Monday. I explained that my insurance company took care of it. She said they haven't received anything. I call my insurance and we call Hertz on 3 way. I waited another THIRTY MINUTES to even get helped! They seriously need to hire more people or have more than one person working at a time! This is ridiculous!!!! I am beyond furious with this location. Not to mention, my rental car has a huge scratch from the back door to the front door. Worst customer service and no one apologizes for their lack of help!
