  • Childhood spot of mine (related to the former owners in fact!). I have warm memories of coming by to grab muffins and playing in a big freezer downstairs. Unfortunate to see that the management change has meant a change in quality, too. I haven't been in years. For what it's worth, it's walls are thick with Toronto history. Come for the breakfast food (seriously do not order anything else, it will not be good), stay for the atmosphere of an an increasingly forgotten working-class Toronto.
