rev:text	So it's really a 4.25, but I like these people so much, I'm going to start them out with a perfect score. New to the Arbors, LH Nails Spa is a convenient and quality salon. First, there is plenty of space and they are staffed in order to meet demand. During the opening two weeks, they offered 20% off all services. This was a smart move, as they got customers in the door, like me. My nail technician, Mimi was EXTREMELY attentive to details and made sure everything was perfect with my having to point out flaws. She went through 4 bottles of silver glitter polish to find one that wasn't too thin so that you can actually see the line on my French nails. I felt like it took forever to get done, but I'll never complain about someone being too meticulous. Prices are average. Also, unlike many others salons, everyone speaks fluent English, so there aren't any communication issues that can cause request to go awry. This is important to me personally because it makes a huge difference in customer service when your technician can talk with you and understand your preferences. This is where LH Nails leaves the competition in the dust. Last, but not least, they are polite. There was a customer who walked in and asked what services they offered. Instead of pointing to the bright pink brochure that explained everything they offered in detail, the owner sat down with the girl and went over everything. Very professional and patient!
