| - We ordered a couch on 2/20/18 from Jeff and Darryl. We had to special order, as the one we wanted was the opposite configuration of the one on the floor. We were told the lead time was 4-6 weeks, and we scheduled a delivery date then of 4/13/18 as we were moving into a new apartment and wanted it to be ready before we moved in. The week before the delivery, we called to check up and was told everything was on schedule. Two days before delivery, we were told that the couch hadn't come in yet, and they didn't know when to expect it. They said on the delivery day, they could bring us loaner couches to use in the mean time, which they did (VERY uncomfortable). On 4/14/18, Jeff called and said that the couch should be in early in the week, there was just a shipping delay. We called again only to be given tone by Jeff, annoyed that we kept calling. Another week goes by and we don't hear anything. Called again and spoke to Darryl, who said now it should be in early the next week. Darryl scheduled us a new delivery date of 4/27/18, 9.5 weeks after we originally ordered. The couch was delivered, however they ordered the wrong configuration. They ordered the same as the floor model (which they had in stock the whole time). When told about this, they said we could reorder the couch, but they would have to give us the loaner couches back and we'd have to wait the whole process again. After speaking to a manager, he offered us $250 to keep the wrong configuration which we took. My advice: buy something as long it is on the floor, but never special order anything from them unless you want to experience something similar to all of the stories on here.
