| - I have a hard time accepting how boring Sushi Brokers is, but I feel like an utter fool for not predicting the outcome of our evening based solely on the name of the establishment. The food was nothing impressive. It's not terrible, but with places like Hiro and Roka Akor in the valley, it doesn't stack up. They don't seem to care that much about the quality of the food, perhaps because it's reasonable to assume that you'll be drinking and distracted, anyway.
My recommendation is thus: If you have recognized yourself as a very white person (not physically, but mentally) who would feel uncomfortable in an environment hardly reminiscent of a typical steakhouse, this'll do you just fine. If you're a discerning sushi connoisseur, however, continue on your quest. Search on, food snobs, search on.
