  • Claimed they attempted to deliver a package which never happened. Rescheduled delivery never happened. Now standing in line trying to retrieve a package that they were too lazy to lift. Companies need to use UPS and FedEx. Addition to the review the lady behind the counter advised me if it was a female carrier I should not expect them to deliver a heavy box (about 40 lbs). She proceeded to take me to the back where my box was no offer of a dolly for the incredibly heavy box. I then asked about the reschedule she said they would have tried had I requested it. I did and it never happened. This experience was absolutely horrifying for so many reasons. I plan on contacting the post master general.
