I went there as I was experiencing pain and found out that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. They also told me that my jaw bone was deteriorating and couldn't support some of my other teeth and they needed to be removed as well and started talking to me about partials and said that my jaw bone wouldn't support implants. My insurance covered all but $400 which they called and verified and I paid upfront and scheduled a day to have it done. I had them remove the wisdom teeth and others, per their recommendation, but I didn't have them do partials as I wanted a 2nd opinion about the implants. After the procedure I went to another dentist and he told me that he didn't see any deterioration of my jaw bone and couldn't see a reason that my teeth needed to be removed. Needless to say I was upset. So then 2 months later I get a call from Tender Dental saying that I owed another $400 and that they were sending me to collections due to me not responding to their letters. I am now in collections because of them and I will not pay them. They never sent letters and had told me that I'd paid in full and on top of that performed unnecessary procedures because I had insurance. My insurance company told me that they paid over $3000 for the procedure which was higher than normal. I didn't use gas or have a surgeon, I had shots in my gums and them pulled. They target your insurance there and overbill.
