  • Unfortunately, choosing no star is not an option. Mimi did my hair roughly 3 weeks ago in Senegalese Twist. Her most recent location is on Camelback and 15th Ave. Since then multiple twist have come out. I was shocked when the first twist had come out within the first 7 days. My experience with her was beyond bad. Her customer service and attitude is terrible. I tried to make conversations with her and she consistently gave me one word answers. I even purposely generated a couple of questions that did not require a yes or a no, and she still managed to answer in under 3 words. It took her about 45 minutes (after my appointment start time) to prep my hair, and prep the braiding hair before starting to braid. During that time she was talking on the cell phone as she took her time preparing. She was very rough as she combed through my hair. I am not tender headed. Dropped items on the floor and attempted to use them on my hair. That's gross and unsanitary! The braids are so heavy that I get headaches. I cannot put hair into a bun or one full ponytail without the heaviness. I asked for the twist to be short and semi full, that did not happen. She did what she wanted to do and not as I asked as a customer.
