  • HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Went to this Econo Lube N' Tune based on location and giant advertising they have for a $9.95 oil change. First, the oil change is STARTING at $9.95 for 10 W oil only. I suppose we're supposed to be able to read the fine print as we're driving by. I can handle the sneaky advertising because it's how they reel people in, I get it. But, to top it with a very sarcastic, unprofessional customer service rep (Alex), it was a horrible experience. So far my car hasn't exploded so I guess they did the job correctly. But, trust me, I will NEVER go back and I'm telling everyone I know about my experience here. Alex may have been having a bad day. Alex may hate his job. Alex may just be a jerk. Regardless, you should NEVER treat customers like they're morons. There is NO EXCEPTION to this. Very inappropriate.
