  • I can not say enough good things about the general manager J.D. King and front staff at this hotel! I had a situation come up and needed to cancel my reservation shortly after I checked in. I had booked through booking.com and J.D. went out of his way to give me a full refund and contact booking.com to ensure I was not charged any cancellation fees. After learning about my situationhe had multiple excellent recommendations. The customer service at this hotel is unparalleled!
