  • This guy was great!! I went to the store just now around 11:45 and there was a sign on the door that Saturday's their hours are now 12-3. So I was going to just sit in my car and wait but he saw me and came out and opened the door for me early which I thought was really nice. He took a minute to open up and was very polite and I showed him my watch that needed a new clasp (I bent the old one so it easily came undone) and he said to give him a few minutes and he looked at it. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and it's as good as new! I have tried taking it to Michael Kors where it was purchased and everyone told me it would be difficult to fix/I would have to send it out to a special store and this guy took 5 minutes and fixed my most favorite piece of jewelry. I am so grateful. On top of that, I asked him afterwards "how much do you charge for repairs?" And he said "is $5 okay?" Yes!! He didn't rip me off and he was the only guy who took the time to see what the problem was. Thank you so much, I will come back here whenever I need jewelry repairs!
