  • Called Christian Brothers to come out last Friday to diagnose why our showers give hot water but no water pressure. Tech was friendly, polite and courteous. He said he would be out the next day to take a part to get replacements. Dispatch called and said that it wouldn't happen until Monday. We called first thing Monday to find out what time he would return and were rescheduled for Tuesday 3-5pm. About 4:50pm dispatch called to ask if we were interested in having the work done from our estimate on Friday. It was explained that we had scheduled for that day to have them return. We were then rescheduled for Thurs 5-7pm. The tech showed up, took out the part and said he would be in contact first thing in the morning to tell us if he would be returning he next day or if it would be put off due to needing to order the part. It is now almost 11:30am and we have not received any call about timing. In the meantime, we are down one shower and minus the part to have another plumber come out and match it. What was supposed to be a quick fix has now turned into a week long process. We will never use this company again.
