| - I have been taking my vehicles to this location for years, but I will be finding another place to have my cars serviced. The manager and the employees I used to encounter were very always friendly. Most mornings that I dropped a car for an oil change, if it was by 9am, I could get it changed some time that day. The last 2 times I have come before work to leave my car, I have been told by the very unpleasant current manager that there is no way I will get my oil changed that day, but that I can make an appointment, usually a week out. It's not just that, but the really rude attitude he has. In the few encounters I have had with him he does not smile or waste time with any pleasantries, like greetings, and has almost an angry, confrontational attitude. There is never an accommodating attitude. He basically just says "Nope" then stares at me and waits for me to respond. So I have to start asking questions, like, "oh, so when is the earliest I can get it done?" "Oh, so can I make an appointment?" "OK, so when can I do that?".
It is actually an unpleasant feeling when I walk into the store and see that the manager is the one at the counter, rather than the friendly employees I was used to seeing when I came in. Although I have the lifetime alignment paid for on my car, and have purchased all of my tires here for years, for myself, my sons and nieces, I am definitely starting the search for a new place that i can be comfortable taking my vehicles.
Its a shame because in this case, the only thing that makes it a bad experience is a really bad attitude behind the counter, but it's become pretty consistent.
