  • I am so disappointed in this nail salon. I've been coming here for about a year now and never had a problem until now. My usual routine is just a basic eyebrow and lip wax which is $20 without tip. I've had the same girl do them every time and never had a problem with her since she did wonderful work. Well today I went in expecting the same experience which I didn't receive. I had a new girl do my eyebrow and lip wax and what a botched job! Not only did it take her almost 20 mins to do just a touch up, she made my eyebrows uneven! I literally have one eyebrow shorter than the other and I also have a natural arch in my brows and some how she made them have no shape... Like I really don't know how that's even possible. Well when I went out to pay I asked my husband what he thinks about my concern and he agreed , the owner I'm assuming and the girl who did my eyebrows never said sorry , never offered to fix there mistake, defended his own worker and still charged me! I am so disappointed in the lack of costumer loyalty and service I will not be coming back here. I do not recommend this place to anyone either!
