I used to love this place. My husband buys valentines, birthday, anniversary, Mother's Day etc from them. I know they are expensive and they used to be worth it. I received the heart shaped roses and carnations arrangement for Valentine's Day. I thought, oh good, he didn't spend another couple hundred dollars for roses that don't last a week. When I brought them home and he told me that it was $200 (with delivery) I was shocked. So was he! I went on the website and it was the "best of my love" arrangement. The description said there were supposed to be 18 roses- there were 15. Most are dead after 3 days even with care. The description says it is 22" tall, which it is, and 13" wide. Mine was only 10". It shows a lot of baby's breath, which is cheap, and I have a couple sprigs here and there. At those prices why take shortcuts? Especially for a customer who drops over $1000 a year in your store?
