It is 2015, I'm not sure why it is such an issue to pay rent electronically. I have lived here since 2008 and I'm quite happy. At one point maintenance was slow because they didn't have enough staff, but they have a new supervisor. Requests are completed efficiently - even taken care of on weekends. I don't have problems with the front office. They're always polite when I have package to pick up or a request. Yes, the inside of my apartment is a bit older and rent is a bit on the higher side of the average for the area. But it's close to everything and it is a very pet-friendly community. I enjoy a view of a courtyard that is well maintained. I'll stay for a while.
