  • If I could rate the Rainbow office a 0/5 I would however you have to at least give a 1 star. Front office girl Daisy - the rudest human ever - does not belong in customer service position. Made appts for my grandkids well in advance, gave insurance info etc. Show up and they take them to start xrays etc. Next thing you know, they are whisked out of chairs and Daisy demands to know how I'm related, proof of my guardianship - all verified through their insurance provider that I am patient representative authorized to seek treatment. Horrifying ordeal that she put us all through. No one needs to be treated this way! RUN FROM THIS OFFICE!!
