| - I always take people here who have not tried Korean food. Kind of a soft landing in terms of spiciness, etc. Personally, I find the food there borderline-bland. But they have a lot of choices for people who don't care for spice and who have not had Korean food before. Personally, I need a barrage of flavours - gochu, pa, yangpa, gaenip, etc., (red pepper, scallion, onions, perilla (shiso) leaf, etc)., to wake up my tastebuds. Not a terrible place, but not a place I would go out of my way to frequent. Nice lady owns the place - very friendly and courteous to her guests. They've been around for a long time and one of the original Korean restaurants in Korean-town.
