  • Brought in a custom suit made overseas, and the sleeves were too short. When he heard where I had the suit made, he immediately scoffed and made me feel ashamed of where I purchased the suit. He then said it would cost $90 to make the alterations, ending with "take it or leave it". I was polite throughout the encounter and even thanked him before leaving. I would have went ahead with the order however I did no appreciate being treated in this rude manner, and left. Went to Henry's the tailor and had a great experience there. More affordable, and great customer experience.
