  • So I moved to Vegas and stopped by this place. First of all if you're not from Vegas, this area is really ghetto. If you can afford it, I would not recommend living in this area. There are other cheap places in the Green Valley Ranch, Silverado Ranch area I would strongly prefer over this area, at a similar price point. Anyways, in person this place really doesn't look like it looks in the pictures. It feels like you're just driving through a massive block of concrete. The unit itself I actually though was pretty good for the price point, but I couldn't get over the area. Also, judging from the cars I saw there, this likely isn't the demographic of people I want to be living around. Now if for whatever reason you have to be in this area, and you have a cheap price point, then this is something you'd want to check out. On the plus side it's relatively close to the strip, and to a 24 hour fitness, and they say they have a non-dog area, although I have read some reviews which say there are still dogs present on the non-dog side.
