UPDATE:
I just received a phone call letting me know that their mess up was not meet their outstanding customer service. Therefore they made it right and we are satisfied with our vehicle!

This company has very bad communication and customer service. We currently have a lease and we're coming to trade in.
When we came to finalize the deal (over a period of 3 days) they had removed the vehicle from the lot because someone online had reserved it? We will not do business here again, because online customers are more important than repeat customers that actually desire to do an in-person purchase...
