The 'check engine' light went on in my Jeep, and after taking it to AutoZone to have the code read they told me there was a problem with my transmission. I called Allstate because they had such good reviews and they definitely did not disappoint. They got me in the very next morning, and even though the problem was actually not the transmission they explained what was wrong and told me where to go to have it fixed. He spent extra time to make sure I understood what was going on so that when I went to the dealership they wouldn't take advantage of me. Such great service, and I really appreciated them!
