Who knew yoga could do so much good for you?!? Since beginning with The Studio Mind Body I have been on a fitness journey like none I've ever experienced. As an asthmatic, anything high intensity was always hard for me. Yoga with Leah has taught me how to control that, so, at 46, I took up running. Really. The kid who would fake I juries to get out of PE so she wouldn't have an embarrassing asthma attack in front of the class, runs voluntarily now. Then I took a Pilates HIIT class and was hooked! My body has transformed in such amazing ways. I handle stress better, I feel stronger, I stand up taller, and man alive have I lost weight. Love this place and everything it has done for me.
