I don't typically write negative reviews, but this is one of the worst experiences I've had with a "professional company" I'm a long time. They have a 4 hour window to arrive and never called to tell me they weren't going to make it. Then when I called I was informed I would have to wait for an indefinite amount of time. Apparently the tech was on a bigger and more important job. When I said this was unacceptable, Kelly ultimately hung up on me. I haven't had someone hang up on me since I was in high school!! LOL.
If your insurance company provides you Ava as a contractor please do yourself a favor and request someone else. If these people can't operate a phone how in the heck can they be competent enough to repair an appliance?
