  • In hotel restaurant. You walk through and order or a kiosk and then pay. We had a group of about 12 and somehow about 5 of our orders just got completely skipped. Groups after us started getting their food and even once we asked about it, it still took over 30 min to get our food. We all just ordered breakfast sandwiches so they weren't even cooking anything. No excuse for that poor service.
