rev:text	It's so sad to me that people line up at Starbucks across the street when there's Urban Beans, a great LOCAL coffee shop at the corner of 7th St & Osborn in downtown Phoenix. I've enjoyed everything from their fresh, handmade scones, biscotti, coffee cake and quiche to yummy chai and espresso drinks. I've been coming here for 3+ years and will always return for the warm ambiance and super friendly service. Oh and they have free wi-fi, a cute wine bar, great happy hour and lunch/dinner savory options too. Enjoy!
