  • If there was a way to give ten stars I would. The service and care that Daniel Marquez provided us with was beyond excellent. He was kind, caring, attentive, knowledgable, helpful, courteous, honest, professional...AND HE IS A CAR SALESMAN. We could not have had a better experience and I have been through the car dealership process so many times, that I am a bundle of nerves and trepidation every time I have to walk into to look at car. Daniel was never pushy, seemed truly, genuinely pleased to be able to assist us and I was happy to pay for a more expensive car because I felt that I was being well looked after and the option provided was a good deal and the best available. The finance associate was also helpful and professional and at no time did I feel like I was being fleeced or taken advantage of. I have had the most awful encounters in the past, especially here in Scottsdale, and I will be forever grateful to Daniel for this amazing experience. Thank you Daniel, you are a treasure, and have restored my faith not just in how great purchasing a car can be, but that there are still amazing people filled with goodness out there in the business world. We could not be more grateful and if you are purchasing a BMW, this is the only place to go. We drove from California to purchase this car, and would do so again, in a heartbeat. BMW North Scottsdale we are customers for life.
