Honestly, I don't kniw how this day would evolve. The bus pick up was scheduled for 6:35 at Harrah's bus plaza. It's now, 7:20, and it isn't here yet. The reservation rep told me to call five minutes after schedule if we have not seen the bus, giving us the illusions of prompt service. I calked in and was on hold for 7 min before getting through. At which time I was told to give them five minutes. I just got off the phone with customer service for the second time, having waited for another 7 minutes. She assured me that she just finished talking to the dispatcher, that the driver is on the way. I asked for ETA...she replied, "I don't know, you can ask the driver when he gets there?"...REALLY? It's now 7:30, 5 min short of a full hour late.
