I'm a little embarrassed to say that before this place I thought ramen was the dry block you eat when you are a poor college student. I knew coming to Vegas where there were many ramen choices, that I had to try the real thing. Sora and Monta seemed to be the #1 and 2 places for ramen. However, this place had great reviews and I wanted to try somewhere that wasn't the most popular. Wanted to give the little guys a chance.
We ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu and Curry. Both were tasty but the Curry was our favorite. The broth was amazing. I still think about the broth and want some right now! It tasted homemade, flavorful and fresh. No complaints at all about the food.
I don't remember our server's name, but she was an older lady. She was very kind and on top of everything. She gave us great service.
I was overwhelmed here in Chinatown with all the choices. Glad I chose this place.
