  • Rick has done it again! This time, on a corporate level. We had 1200 SF of straight carpet that we have stored away for a convention. This carpet is white. As stark white as white can be. It was trashed after a 3 day convention with hundreds walking all over it and being stored in a parking garage for 340+ days. Well, Rick came and took care of it all, even after hours. He came to the site at 10PM and worked hard until it was done. The carpets came out sparkling white again, ready for the convention. Everyone at the convention this year even said they felt bad stepping on the carpet because it was so clean. Rick & his team are the bomb. Yesterday morning, Rick & his team came out to my house to do a move-out cleaning. My white berber carpet was once again trashed, and even worse than usual as we had 10 pairs of feet carrying loads of furniture all over the high-traffic areas. They were a pretty dark shade of grey in the end. I had the guys go in via garage since we were all at work, and when my husband arrived after work, he texted "THE CARPETS LOOK AMAZING!" Once I arrived, I agree. They looked fantastic and even the move-out property manager said my carpets are very clean and I will be receiving my full deposit back on them. Woohoo! Thanks Rick for saving my $1500 security deposit & always being reliable. I won't be calling anyone else.
