  • I went the other day to get some of my jewelry appraised ...they didn't want to touch them...sent me to the other side of the store...this person with a bad attitude making me feel like garbage,and telling me that my jewelry worth nothing...I have the feeling that 80% of those "testimonials" on their website are written by them...can you see the pattern? I invite you to go just for a laugh! Remember what you saw on those videos its a BIG LIE... I went to a different place yesterday and they took the time to call to one of their clients that was looking for the type of jewelry I had.....a much better customer service...don't get rid of your jewelry and get a 2nd or 3rd appraisal first..they are not the "ONLY ONES" who pay the most in Vegas...come on...really?
