  • I wish there was a zero star option. Went to this apple store for a warranty repair. This is the first apple store I ever went to in Canada. This outlet is complete shit. Shit service everywhere with only a handful of redeeming employees. They should be ashamed to call this an APPLE store. With the amount of money I pay for apple products I expect better. Avoid this store if you value your time and sanity. I echo all the negative reviews here. The stores I visited in the US were a million times better. This store needs to be closed down. Its doing more harm than good. I feel like leaving the entire apple ecosystem after my interaction today. Sad.
