  • I have come to this spa over 10 times. I find they do an excellent mani pedi. I was very frustrated today when I walked outside in the natural light to see my nails were done with the colour I did not choose. Wrong colour, I was not impressed. When I first entered their salon, I was asked to pick out my nail polish colour. I picked it and handed it to the girl who was to do the regular mani pedi. I chose a colour that I also have the exact same colour at home. I wanted to pay first. So, I went into the other side and paid. I noticed as the girl was painting my nails she had 3 different bottles of it looked like the same colour I picked. But as we know in regard to colours some will appear different in natural light, so it is important for manicurist to know this and give you the exact bottle of nail polish that you chose. I even told her the name of the polish. It is a very popular one by opi. It is popular because it looks great in natural light. When I left the salon after thinking great long chore is done. I was very upset to see they applied the wrong colour. I went back inside and said aloud you applied the wrong colour. I was so frustrated to think, now they have to do all over again and I have to wait again for polish to dry. The women in charge tried to tell me oh no that is how the colour is suppose to be. I mentioned to her no, I own this colour and it does not. Then she tried to tell me it was a new blend, and I said no I just bought colour and it is the same as always. Ok, finally manicurist puts nail polish I chose earlier over top of wrong colour. I check outside and it was ok. She then put 1 coat of colour I orginally picked on top of wrong colour on my toenails. I went outside, wrong again. Now I was getting very angry. The women in charge would not step 2 feet outside the door to see mistake. I now had different colour on toes than fingers. What bothers me the most is her lying and dismissing their mistake. Basically, they should have removed wrong colour and put colour, that I originally picked. If there was no time maybe should have either offered me a refund or a discount on next visit. When people do quantity over quality that is when the customer suffers. What happened to customer is always right.
