  • Absolutely outstanding and professional service. I'm a fan because for once I wasn't ripped off at the mechanic. I came here after being recommended by a friend. I was super impressed with their service. My car was making this awful howling sound reminiscent of a whistling tea kettle. I wanted to get it fixed and I took my car to a few places and they all kept telling it me it was my alternator and it would cost me $800 for the parts not including labor but I felt like this wasn't the case. I may not be a mechanic but I know when I'm being ripped off. So I brought it here and it turns out that this is an issue that happens to many Volvos and it's a valve that gets blocked and starts to make that awful sound. It cost me half of what I was told I'd pay else where cause a part did need to be ordered. The issue was explained to me without all the fancy mechanic jargon. So it wasn't my alternator and they fixed the issue my car purrs like a kitten now. Very happy with the service and treatment here. I always find it hard to go to mechanics as a girl because they just slap a giant $ on your back as soon as you walk in. I won't be going else where after coming here though! Sometimes it better to get a forth opinion on your car. If they replaced my alternator the issue would never have been fixed!
