I started using Summerlin Maids almost a year ago and it was fine. Not many complaints about the service, but mostly problems after. For example, once they cleaned microwave and blocked the door. It took us few weeks to find how to unblock it and use again. Another time they dropped my aloe plant and tried to cover it. It still has not recovered. So, things like that after almost every appointment. But last time they left my two senior dogs in their crates for whole day without water and access to outside. They came at 8 in the morning and my husband let dogs out of crates around 6 pm. And it is after I left note next to money to make sure dogs stay home.
And now they are Witches and Cowboys. Now also their management lacking good services. "Customer is always right" is not part of their company policy. We got few problems with maids that I called and addressed and asked to redo the service, they said ladies will do it next time. Landscapers are different issue. I requested instead of front yard, to work on our courtyard. They could not open the door to courtyard and worked on front yard. I texted immediately to W&C and asked them why are they working on front yard, my husband just mowed the lawn recently. Funny thing, before leaving, landscapers tried to open door to courtyard again and was able to open. But they run out of time. So, my husband had to work on courtyard. I am very disappointed with services and it was frustrating experience to talk to management. By the way, they increased the price for their services.
