  • So I moved to the Phoenix area about a month ago. My car apparently is not happy with my decision and started to act up with a coolant leak and some other issues. Not really knowing anyone or having a co-worker base to query I turned to trusty Yelp. I searched for auto repair and either, highest rated or most reviewed came up with Family Auto Care. I called Thursday after 4pm to inquire about a Friday appointment. They said sure no problem bring it in. I was there a touch past 8am. Normally it takes a good half hour for a shop to "wake up" but I could see plenty was going on already. I was given a friendly greeting and was told they wanted to look at my car before I left, great, I thought. I had my repair costs in hand inside 30 minutes. They point out my other issue and let me know the cost and that it did not need to be fixed today, there's a first for a shop. They worked with my tight schedule which allowed me to not miss any work and had me in/out in 4 hours. I'll definitely keep them in mind for my next repair.
